IVR stands for Interactive Voice Recognition. This is an option that Simplee offers as another channel for patients to pay their bills via the phone. This service runs 24 hours a day, everyday. This allows for the patient to have the option to make payments when the physical office is closed. The IVR option requires the provider to link to a dedicated phone number within its phone tree when the patient presses a corresponding option to pay his/her bills.
