Please Note: Only Admins can resend the activation email.
The activation email will be valid for 24 hours. At which point the user will need to receive another email in order to access the system. This email can be sent from the user's account page in the back office. It is located in the upper righthand portion of the screen. This can be seen from the following screenshot:
