Yes if a patient has a PayPal account they can make payments through this medium. However you will not be able to take PayPal payments through the back office.
For a patient to pay via PayPal they will have to do so through the Patient Experience portal. When they have selected what bill or amount they would like to pay they will be brought to the Choose Payment Method screen in the Make a Payment flow. From here they will be able to select PayPal as the option, which is the last option on the right
