Yes, some providers can resend a statement to a patient through the Simplee Back Office. They will see a button in the upper righthand corner that states "Generate Statement". However this is not available for all providers. If you would like to know more about this feature, please reach out to your Customer Success representative.
However some providers have the ability to view the statement images and can download these PDFs and email them to the patients for their review. If you have the ability to view the statements you will see a blue hyperlink on the lefthand side of the record that says "View".
