Account Activation
- Every new user will receive an email invite to join SimpleePAY. Your username will be your full email address.
- Click on the “Activate” button in your email once only. You’ll be taken to a page to choose a password.
- If you do click the “Activate” button more than once, you may receive a message that your token has expired. Don’t worry–you can still choose a password by going directly to the url admin.simplee.com and clicking “Forgot Password.”
Passwords & System Timeout
- Keep your password somewhere safe and do not share it with anyone.
- You can reset your password at any time with the “Forgot Password” link.
- Every three months, you will be prompted to change your password for security purposes.
- SimpleePAY will timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity.
User Permissions
- Your administrator can grant permission to different SimpleePAY features (ACH transfers, refunds, reporting). Please contact them if you need access to a specific tool.
