After you have filled out the necessary fields and have clicked 'Verify Eligibility', you will see the following page:
The top portion of the page will have all of the information about the patient, their insurance type, and the benefits. It also allows you the option to create a New Request, Save as a PDF, or Update the Benefits. The lower sections of this page looks like this:
This section contains the details for every step of the process, the example that was chosen was Surgery. You will be able to see the various options for the various Service/Codes. This also will let you know what the patient is eligible for and if they need Authorization. Once you have selected which service you would like to get an estimate for, select Create Estimation to continue. Once you have done this, you will see the following screen:
On this page you will select what service the verification is for and then to proceed, select Create Estimate once more.
This is the final estimate that will be generated. It contains a breakdown of the charges, the insurance portions, and the patient portion. It also gives you the option to Print or Email the estimate, so that the patient can receive a copy in the manner they would like.
