If you are in the back office, yes, check the box for “International Credit Card” on the card payment page. The main difference is that you will not need to enter a zip code to process an international card.
However if the patient is trying to pay through the patient experience, they will not be able to pay with an international card as the zip code is always required there. In order to get around this, the patient could call and a staff user would be able to collect the payment.
