With the release of the Estimate tools we have also created a set of reports in order to better track these requests. The first being the Estimation report. This report gathers all the metadata about the report and returns it back for the selected amount of time. These columns will include the Date, Estimate ID, Insurance Option, Insurance, Subscriber ID, Date of Birth, Services Selected, Total Amount of Items Selected, Deductible Amount, Coinsurance, Copay, and Member Responsibility. This breakdown is very similar to the Estimate as it shows the total amount due and then the breakdown by responsibility. The Insurance Option column shows if the Estimate was created for patient with or without insurance.
The next report is the Estimation Follow-Up. This report returns all of the patient's who have requested more information about an estimation. The request is made up of Date and Time, Name, Phone Number, Email, and Procedure. This allows for the back office user to be able to reach back out to the patient in any fashion they would like and lets them know what the patient is interested in getting an Estimate for.
