Are you trying to process a payment, but the authorization indicator is just spinning and nothing seems to be happening? This usually indicates that there is a network connectivity issue. However it can also indicate that the vault is being blocked by a firewall. In order to test this please try to reach https://vault.simpleepay.com/this_is_a_test and if it times out, then the site is being blocked.
Generally, these issues are temporary and trying the transaction again a bit later will clear things up.
Here is what you can do if the problem persists.
1. First we will need to open the console. To do this right click anywhere on the screen to open up the menu. From there, look about half way down the list and select "Inspect Element".
2. After this step, select "Console" at the top of the new screen that appears at the bottom of the window. This will show us what is happening behind the scenes. If you are using Google Chrome, please select "Preserve log".
If your screen looks like the example below, then you are still under the "DOM Explorer". This portion shows the actual coding of the page and would not reflect any error messages. If this is the case, please select "Console" before proceeding.
3. Once you have the console output, please send a screenshot or copy the console output into your ticket through the Simplee Support Portal or in an email to support@simplee.com.
4. Simplee will use this information to further diagnose what might be happening.
Please Note: If you have not been able to resolve it using the steps above, please check the Decline Payments report as it is possible that the payment was declined.
