In order to stop a payment plan, please follow these steps:
- Go to the patient's account page
- Next select the "Stop Plan" button on the right-hand side as seen in this screenshot -
- Be sure that you want to stop the plan, as this will stop it with no Confirmation page.
If you just wish to switch the plan from Manual to Automatic or vice-versa, following these steps:
- Go the patient's account page
- Select "Modify" under the payment plan section of the account page. I have attached a screenshot here -
- Next you will have to re-enter the payment plan criteria and select either Manual or Automatic -
- After this select Save and the plan will be updated
